Starting to get hungry early

I don't know if it is just me but I'm starting to get really hungry quite early recently. Usually, I can survive from 9:30 - 13:30 on just my breakfast but now I'm having to have more breakfast and I still can't last to 13:30, I'm eating my dinner at around 12:00.

I think I'm gonna need to bring in something that is filling but doesn't actually put many calories on because I will get fat very soon if I keep eating.

    1. I cant have porridge without having loads of suggar on it and then it makes it unhealthy

  2. Try some frozen fruit on it, or for loads of energy add a sliced banana. Might as well help you on your way to 5 a day and the banana will help to fill you up! Lt us know how you get on!
