Starting to get hungry early
I don't know if it is just me but I'm starting to get really hungry quite early recently. Usually, I can survive from 9:30 - 13:30 on just my breakfast but now I'm having to have more breakfast and I still can't last to 13:30, I'm eating my dinner at around 12:00.
I think I'm gonna need to bring in something that is filling but doesn't actually put many calories on because I will get fat very soon if I keep eating.

ReplyDeleteI cant have porridge without having loads of suggar on it and then it makes it unhealthy
DeleteTry some frozen fruit on it, or for loads of energy add a sliced banana. Might as well help you on your way to 5 a day and the banana will help to fill you up! Lt us know how you get on!
