I have recently been made the project lead of a customer case regarding software issues that they are having and have unfortunately had for some time, with no obvious way of rectification.
The work that this involves is:
- Liaising with the account manager on our side
- To establish and investigate the current concerns and issues that have been raised by the customer
- Liaising with the project coordinator on the customer side
- To confirm that his concerns are being reviewed and establish his requirements and set expectations
- Liaising with our development team
- Whilst reviewing his concerns, to establish if his expectations are achievable and to what timescales
- Liaising with our implementation team
- Establishing what, as a company, we need to do to implement the necessary changes and what new hardware could be needed or swapped out for existing
Currently, I am working with all parties involved to ensure that promises and deadlines are adhered to so as to maintain SLA's and keep the customer happy throughout the whole journey.
This is excellent news.
