Level 4 Induction Week

This week I was in centre to go over the induction week... again...

I am not 100% sure why you have to do an induction week for level 3 and level 4 but im not too fussed. I always like meeting new people and meeting the Escalla team again, especially the best mentor there, Claire.

The first day, we went through a bit about Escalla and how it works, also introduced ourselves to the rest of the group. We also talked a lot around Equality and Diversity, which is a very broad topic but we went into a fair bit of detail. We also got our opinions on topics that are both recent and past topics.

Towards the end of Monday, Ben, Ryan, Matt, and I were tasked with creating a presentation, which was about British Values, to then present to the rest of the class for Tuesday morning.
It came to Monday morning and there were only 3 of us here ready to present, that was because Matt unfortunately was crashed into when driving to here in the morning.
His car is damaged but he is alive and breathing so nothing too bad.
I find it quite ironic that the day before, he said that he had not crashed his car yet and that he was a better driver than me and Ryan. #Karma

The presentation went really well and sparked a lot of conversation within the group, some more than others but overall, everyone joined in at one point or another.

Unfortunately I was not able to get into Escalla on Thursday due to the fact I broke my car key trying to get into it...

But I did get some work from Sid to do at home, which I have done but need to get it onto Skilsure.

Overall I have a great time at Escalla!!
