That Moment You Meet Steven Gerrard

So I know that I've been slacking a bit with the blog lately and there is no excuse, this post is going to be the start of a long and fun blogging year.

So to kick off the year, lets start with where I went on an install on the 19th of January.

As people may know, im not really a football person, nor do I really follow football, I may occasionally watch it when its on and there is literally nothing else to do, but overall I don't bother with it.

Although I dont bother with it, I was asked to go and assist with an install of our software at the Liverpool Football Academy, which went okay, there were a few minor issues on their end with permissions and not allowing us to do certain things on their PC's.

When I was working on one of the PC's in the main reception, someone came over to me and started talking to me and asking what we were doing, so as a polite person that I am, I explained what the software is and what it does. After a few minutes, this person says he has to go and then left.

My colleague nudges me...

"You know who that was right", I recognised his face but didn't actually know who it was.

Then he explained it was Steven Gerrard...
