New Phone System

We recently changed over to a new phone system with BT, they phones themselves look alright, they're not too bad looking and the functionality of them seems to be better that the other ones we user to have.

Usually, well I think, it is very simple to transfer the old phones to the new phones...
Well obviously this was not the case for us, we have had so much hassle with these new phone, it makes me not want to be with BT.

Basically, we arranged a date for the phones to go in, we then changed that date to suit absences.
So when it came to the data that we originally had it for, BT decided to change the phones over on their end and not tell us about it so we were left with no phones.

We then called them to say that we didn't want to change the phones over yet and they tried to stop the process but failed massively. We were basically in the middle of moving over and we were stuck, they had deleted out previous account which meant that they would have to set up a whole new account and they cancelled the move over so that had to be started again and then passed by their team so for one day we had no phones to take or make calls on.

We have finally got everyone's phones working, ish, now and we are tinkering around with then, making the most of all the feature of them.

So if you are ever thinking of changing your phones to BT, dont, or if you do, dont make a date and then change it.

    1. It is such a faf trying to fix it after they make a mess. And to this day we still have 1/4 of the speed we are promised
