Massive Mistake!!!

Last night I made a massive mistake.

I had a video on my phone, to which I was supposed to send it to my mum, I went to send the video and accidentally clicked delete and for some reason, this video didn't get moved to the bin, it got permanently deleted...

I tried everything to get this file back, I plugged my phone into my computer and tried to run recovery software on it but that didn't work because I don't have a rooted phone. So I had to change my phone into developer mode instead of a standard user and make sure that the phone did not block unexpected downloads for scripts, I did this and tried to root my phone with KingRoot. This came back as a fail...
It recommended me to do this process several times, which none of these worked. So I went onto my PC again and downloaded KingRoot as this has a higher chance to root your phone that the mobile version.
It came back as a fail again...

I was ready to give up at this point but I needed to get this file back so I tried to download some file digging software on my phone which can recover files, pictures, and videos that you have recently deleted. I ran the software, it came back with a lot of results but none to which I needed.

At this point, I cannot think if a way to fix this and I am thinking of giving up and going sleep. Bearing in mind this is now around 2am, I go onto google forums and look if other people have had this issue too. I find one discussion that said someone got their files back when Google Drive support team run a program on their end to recover the files that were deleted within the last 60 days. So I give them a call and speak to this guy, I couldn't understand him 1 bit, and I tried to speak to him about my issue and he said he would run the program but said to me that this might not work as this script is made for Google Drive and not Googe Photos. He was right, it didn't work...

Now I go to the Google Photos support team and obviously, they don't have a phone number. So I email them my issue, telling them what happened and asked if they could help.

This is where I am at now. I was up till 3am this morning trying to recover a file. Hopefully, they will email me back soon and are able to help me. Fingers crossed anyway.
