Printer engineer

So we supply printers to differnt businesses which we purchase from a company. If the printer is broken under warrinty and we can fix it then we will. If it is broken beyond our knowledge then we will escallate this to the engineer from the printer company.

So we had an issue with one of the printers that we supplied to someone. We sent one of our engineers to take a look at. He took a look and said that we will need to get an engineer from the company that we got it from to go to site.

So we arranged that and just this morning we got a respons from the building, he said that when the engineer turned up, he didnt know about that printer model even know we sent over the model before the engineer arrived on site. So now they need to send someone else to sort it out.

  2. Printers! They are a nightmare in any office, someone is always breaking them! Why is it that although they all have digital displays now telling you how to replace the ink, or remove a sheet of paper, you always get someone jamming it up with a ruler or ripping a sensor out as they lose their temper with a piece of paper?! Printer madness!
